I akademiske fellesskap er kunnskaping ikke  bare et faglig ideal, men også et resultat av omsorgspraksiser som skaper trygghet, tillit og tilhørighet. Når ansatte opplever å bli sett og ivaretatt, styrkes viljen og evnen til å dele kunnskap, lære sammen og utvikle fellesskap som en bærekraft i studieprogrammet
